Atmosphere

Our pizza/dive bar radiates a cool and vibey atmosphere and will have you feeling like a retro kid, with mood lighting, disco ball décor, and a wall-to-wall hand-painted 80s and 90s mural featuring cartoon characters from our childhood (the greatest era there ever was). The space is filled with a mix of vintage and old-school elements, creating a unique and time machine-like ambiance.

Music

The bar plays a curated selection of 80’s modern rock, 90’s grunge, and hip-hop, all the way up to current-day bangers. The tunes are carefully chosen by local DMV DJs, creating a hip and energetic atmosphere while you crush pizza and drinks. Our tunes are perfect for socializing and enjoying a slice of pizza, with a little bit of head bopping too.

The crowd

YOU. Simple as that. If you like damn good Pizza, hoagies, cocktails, drinks, and vibes. This is your spot. We want a place where everyone can come in and be whoever the hell you are.

Craft cocktails & beer

Alongside the delicious pizza and hoagies, the bar offers a selection of signature cocktails crafted by our team of badass mixologists, draft and canned beer, and of course your classic Dive Bar specials. The cocktail menu features creative concoctions as well as new-age mixology techniques. What are the Dive Bar specials? You guessed it. Created out of the box, themed from the 80’s and 90’s era.

Artistic touches

Our interior design, created by Yvette Irene, is located in the NYC metro area. Yvette has been featured on HGTV and has designed local places such as Taco Rock and Bronson Bierhall, to name a couple. Our place also showcases local artwork with a mural created by DoobyFaimes. Z has really outdone himself by putting to life an entire Instagram wall designed by Kat Basile and Kristina Murphy. Featured on the wall are some of your fav characters, such as Garfield, Pink Panther, Pac-Man (and his ghosts), Cookie Monster, Ren n Stimpy, and more! #YouHaveAPizzaMyHeart illuminates the wall in pizza form, adding that little extra touch of neon. Describing it won’t do it justice. You’ll just have to come in to see for yourself!

Social hub

Big Tony’s Pizzeria/Bar serves not only as a place where people can gather to enjoy mouth-watering food and vivacious cocktails, but it’s also a place where friends can meet up to pre-game, make new connections, and host a variety of private parties. Birthdays are our specialty!

Late-night

Big Tony’s after dark is the spot. We are known for our late-night hours, serving up our pizza and hoagies all the way up until 3 AM!
